Neyra Studio · Engine Overview

Total cinematic control, from one idea to a finished film

Every AI film tool today has the same fatal flaw: no control. You can't turn the camera, you can't lock a character's face, you can't direct a scene — you write a prompt and pray. Neyra Studio is the opposite. It is a cinematic production engine where a director's brain plans, writes golden-grade prompts, controls the camera frame-by-frame, locks the world, and conducts a 35-agent crew — end to end. Not a demo. A working proof-of-concept already producing feature-scale films.

The industry's blocker

The real problem: AI film has no control

Ask any working filmmaker why AI hasn't taken over and the answer is one word — control. The model decides the camera, the face, the light. The director only gets to hope.

You can't control the camera

Angle, lens, magnification, movement — the soul of cinematography — are guessed by the model. A real director chooses every one of them. With prompt-only tools, you can't turn the camera or hold a 35mm at eye-level. You describe and pray.

Characters and worlds drift

Generative models forget. The hero's face, the apartment, the jacket silently change between shots. Across a full film this is fatal — you get 124 disconnected clips, not a movie.

Prompts are fragile and blind

Cinema written as text strings is brittle. One wrong word and the shot collapses. The model has no idea what a great take looks like, no sense of the scene before or after it, no taste.

No depth, no through-line, no memory

Tools generate in isolation. Nothing remembers the film's emotional arc, the character's wound, the color script, the decisions made an hour ago. There is no continuity of intent from pre-production to final frame.

Our thesis

The winner of AI cinema is not a better video model. It is the control and orchestration layer above the models — a director's brain that writes golden prompts, commands the camera, locks the world, conducts the crew, and learns from every frame. Models commoditize. Control, judgment, and end-to-end production are the moat.

The moat

Seven pillars of cinematic control

Where every other tool is prompt-and-pray, Neyra hands the director the whole instrument — brain, builders, camera, compositor, and a film that improves itself.

01

The Film Brain

The film becomes a conscious mind

Every project has a Brain — a persistent digital consciousness of the film. It holds the emotional north-star, recruits the agents it needs, runs research, audits every scene, writes golden-grade prompts, and steers the whole production toward one coherent vision. It is the single point of taste the entire orchestra answers to.

02

Super Character Builder

Characters with a real inner life

Build any character to the bone — deep psychology, wound, want vs need, behavior under stress and at peace, dialogue DNA, voice, relationships. Their identity is frozen and re-injected into every scene, so they look, speak and behave consistently across the entire film instead of morphing shot to shot.

03

Location & World Builder

Sets that stay the same place twice

Author locations as living sets — ground plans, sub-locations, lighting design, set dressing — and lock each one into a World Bible. Props, vehicles, wardrobe and atmosphere are canonicalized and re-injected into every shot. The apartment in scene 3 is the same apartment in scene 71.

04

Full Camera Control & DNA

You direct every photon

Real cinematography control: camera body, lens, film stock, lighting ratio, angle, movement, composition — set per shot and carried as a Camera DNA across the film. Magic camera paths, hero-follow continuity, shot-by-shot grammar. The camera does what the director says, not what the model guesses.

05

Node Compositor

Mix everything on one canvas

A node-based canvas where character, location, dialogue, audio, motion and models connect and mix like a real compositing graph. Wire a frozen hero into a locked set, drive it with a motion node, layer sound — a controllable, visual production graph instead of a single opaque prompt box.

06

Golden Prompts, Auto-Written

The Brain writes the prompt, not you

Instead of you guessing words, the Brain and the camera/operator agents author golden-grade prompts — camera DNA, lighting, composition, frozen anchors all baked in. A viability gate scores weak prompts and rewrites them before render. Cinema stops being prompt-and-pray.

07

Self-Learn Loop

The film improves itself

The engine runs a continuous critique → analysis → improvement loop. It reviews its own frames, scores them, learns what worked, and feeds that back into the next pass. The film is a consciousness that gets better the more it works on itself.

The crew

An entire film crew, as software

35+ specialist agents — each a deep expert in one craft. They research, debate, hand off and critique each other exactly like a real production team. The Brain conducts; the crew performs.

Architecture

How the engine is built

Six layers. The brain decides, the builders give control, the compositor mixes, the world stays locked, and the loop learns.

Film Brain

Consciousness & judgment

Holds the north-star, recruits agents, audits quality, writes golden prompts, decides what's next.

Orchestration

Conducting the crew

Routes work to the right agents, runs debates, resolves consensus across departments.

Builders

Character · World · Camera

Super Character Builder, Location/World Builder, full Camera control — the controllable instruments.

Node Compositor

Mixing layer

Visual graph where character, location, audio, motion and models connect and combine.

Generation

Interchangeable models

Image, video, voice & music models — routed, swappable, run-your-own capable.

Continuity · QA · Self-Learn

Self-correction

Locks the world, checks every frame for drift, scores it, and feeds lessons back into the loop.

End-to-end

From idea to finished storyboard

Seven sequential stages — each output feeds the next, no human hand-off required between them.

The film's memory

One memory for the whole production

From pre-production to final frame, the film remembers everything — and packages it like a real studio.

Living project memory

Every decision, fix, critique and milestone is logged into the film's memory. The Brain tracks the whole development timeline — what changed, why, and whether it worked — so nothing is ever lost between sessions.

Maps & organizes the film

The engine understands and maps the film: characters to scenes, locations to shots, the emotional arc across the runtime, the act structure, the coverage gaps. It organizes a feature like a real production office.

Hollywood-grade Data Room

Bible, screenplay, breakdown, shot lists, world bible, casting, schedule — assembled into a studio-style data room and exportable to Final Draft and StudioBinder. A buyer or partner gets a real package, not a folder of clips.

Continuous critique & improvement

Pre-production → production → review run through the same memory. The film is audited, scored, critiqued and improved on a loop, with every step traceable.

Evidence

Proof of concept, not a pitch

"The One Who Lied" — produced end-to-end on the live engine.

35+

Specialist agents

A traditional pre-production cycle for a 45-minute film runs weeks across many departments. The engine delivers a continuity-locked, studio-reviewable storyboard — with screenplay, breakdown, shot list and world bible exportable to Final Draft and StudioBinder — in a single working session.

The control layer for cinematic AI

Image and video models will keep improving and keep commoditizing. The durable value is the brain, the builders and the crew that turn them into finished, controllable, emotionally coherent films — with the camera, the characters and the world fully in the director's hands. That layer is Neyra Studio, and it is already running.
