How it works

How Neyra works — from screenplay to production-ready film

Neyra takes a screenplay through eight stages, from the first read to production. Every stage ends in something a producer can open, check and share.

  1. Read the script

The screenplay is uploaded privately under NDA. The crew reads every scene and scores the film: structure, tempo, runtime, emotional arc and production risk.

  2. Measure the audience

Audience Pulse estimates what a viewer feels in every scene — attention, bond, catharsis and fatigue — and shows where attention drops before anything is shot.

  3. Doctor the story

The Script Doctor proposes scene-by-scene fixes with a before/after projection. The writer approves every change; nothing is rewritten silently.

  4. Build the world

Story and world bible, characters with psychology profiles and a relationship web, virtual casting portraits, designed locations and ground plans.

  5. Board every shot

Storyboards and shot lists for every scene, with camera, lens and lighting written down per shot, plus long-form production prompts ready for rendering.

  6. Previz the film

A low-resolution previz of the whole film, including a 3D animatic with voices and camera, and an epic trailer cut.

  7. Hand over the data room

Everything lands in a private data room the producer controls and can share with collaborators and investors.

  8. Produce

Production — staging, camera control, hybrid shoots with real footage, VFX, rendering up to 4K and post — runs in the same studio once the plan is approved.

Humans stay in charge

The agents analyse, propose and prepare. The director and the writer approve every change to the script, choose every look and keep ownership of their work. Neyra's own team reviews each package before delivery.
